1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VRLink.me ("the Service"), operated by Gravinium (a collective of independent developers), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

VRLink.me provides URL shortening services with Discord authentication. All links are stored in a Supabase database and are publicly accessible through our API.

3. Link Eligibility

All links must:

• Be HTTPS
• Not violate laws or third-party rights
• Not contain malware, phishing, or harmful content
• Not promote hate speech, harassment, or NSFW material
• Only use the specified valid formats on the form

4. User Responsibilities

When using Discord authentication, you agree to:

• Use only your own Discord account
• Not create links that impersonate others
• Be responsible for all links created under your account

5. Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or edit any link without notice or explanation
• Delete or ban your account without notice or explanation
• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time

6. Data Transparency

All links are stored in our database and may be accessed through our public API. Every link will be visible and accessible from the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gravinium is not liable for:

• Damages from Service interruptions
• Consequences of link removals
• Third-party misuse of the Service
• Any damages resulting from URL redirects

8. API Usage

The VRLink.me service provides API endpoints for its core functionality. While we don't officially support or document public API usage:

• You may discover and use these endpoints at your own risk
• You must respect all server responses including rate limits and errors
• We provide no uptime guarantees or support for unofficial API usage
• Excessive or abusive requests may result in IP blocking without notice
• Any automation using our API should implement proper backoff mechanisms when receiving 429 (Too Many Requests) or other error responses.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We will notify anyone in the discord server with the correct roles about changes ahead of time.
